What you can do in the public Demo
These tasks describe the Demo material covered by the linked guides. They are not a claim that every feature on a pre-release roadmap is already in the Demo.
- Assemble, drive and maintain the starter van.
- Explore the generated desert and search roadside stops.
- Manage food and water, cook food and grow crops in pots.
- Find parts and furniture, and search for the larger C-Class RV.
- Use a detector, shovel and matching keys for treasure.
- Play solo or join an online co-op session.
There is no fixed route to a universal finish
The game description centers on surviving and travelling through a generated world. Time spent depends on looting, repairing, co-op and how far you choose to drive. The sources used here establish neither a required completion time nor a credits route for this Demo.
Choose a practical first session goal: build the van, reach another stop, refill supplies and return to a stable saved run. That is an editorial starting goal, not a hidden completion requirement.
Expect Demo-specific limitations
The one-item carrying limit, controller reports and Patch Yourself Up objective bug described on this site are tied to Demo sources. Keep that boundary when reading a release guide or watching a newer recording.
The developer warns that substantial game changes may require save wipes. Demo-to-Early-Access save compatibility is not verified here; keep the Demo and the future release as separate runs unless a current official instruction says otherwise.
