Why the October 20 date changed
Indie Devil says the release build is ready but is waiting in Steam’s review queue. The studio worked with Steam Support to remove the date rather than replace it with another fixed date before approval.
The developer still needs to announce the exact replacement day and time. Old October 20 unlock times in guides and trackers no longer apply.
The launch is Early Access, not the finished 1.0 release
The main store page describes an Early Access launch with the core driving, vehicle maintenance, survival and online co-op loop. It warns that players may encounter bugs and system-heavy updates may require save wipes.
The developer’s stated target is a full release within 6–12 months, with the timeline able to change. That is a development estimate, not an announced 1.0 date.
Price and platform questions
Use the official store page for a price when sales open. No launch price is stated here because the current main Steam page does not provide a purchasable price. Regional pricing or a launch discount should not be calculated from an old chat estimate.
The PC store pages list Windows requirements. A console release day and crossplay support remain unannounced in the sources checked here.
What to play while waiting
The free Steam Demo is already available. It has its own limitations and update history, so its mechanics are the basis of the current practical guides.
Use the Demo guide to install the right app and begin with the starter van. When the released build arrives, its patch notes and actual mechanics will decide which Demo instructions still apply.
